Not all traffic is created equal. Some are buyers, some are clickers, some are merely looking for free information. Obviously anyone negotiating to acquire a property will be interested in the monthly income. They know very well that if they have to make changes to make a profit, they stand to lose the traffic that wasn't buying in the first place. I have been very surprised at some of the responses I have seen on the forums. Funny how some people think bloggers are running charities and have obligations to the needy. I'm with Carson, their tone reveals their poverty. My eyes will remain on you so I can see what a successful writing career looks like.
